Panacea Networking is pleased to welcome Rob Dickson to the team as a Senior Engineer.
Rob brings the experience, technical curiosity and enthusiasm that sit at the heart of Panacea. He does more than understand networking technology: he enjoys exploring it, explaining it and sharing useful knowledge with the wider engineering community.
His technical writing and video content show a willingness to examine the detail properly and help other people understand complex subjects. That approach fits closely with the way Panacea works. We want customers to speak directly with engineers who understand the technology, the delivery process and the operational consequences of each decision.
Panacea has deliberately built an engineering-heavy team around specialist Extreme Networks expertise. Customers rely on that depth during architecture, migration, remediation and ongoing support. Rob strengthens that capability at an exciting point in the company’s growth.
He also shares the team’s enthusiasm for Extreme Networks. His background and practical approach will support customers across complex wired and wireless environments while adding another strong voice to Panacea’s internal knowledge sharing.
