We are honoured to welcome Neil Paul to Panacea Networking as Commercial Director.
Neil is someone we have wanted to bring into the business for a long time. He has built an extremely successful career, but above all, he is one of the good guys.
He is someone we trust. He is genuine by nature, cares deeply about the work he does and really wants customers to receive a good service and the right outcome. He builds proper relationships, is straightforward to deal with and, frankly, is just a great person to have around.
That combination matters enormously to us.
We want to do things differently at Panacea, and that means being very deliberate about the people we bring into the business. Capability matters, of course, but so do character, values and the way someone treats customers.
That is what makes Neil such a natural fit for Panacea.
He understands that good business is built on trust, doing what you say you will do and looking after people properly. Those are the qualities we want Panacea to be known for as we grow.
Bringing Neil into the business has been a very deliberate decision, not just because of what he can do, but because of who he is.
We are genuinely excited, and feel very fortunate, to have him onboard. We are really looking forward to the journey ahead, building something worthwhile together and, just as importantly, enjoying ourselves along the way.
