Some genuinely exciting news for Panacea Networking Limited.
I’m really pleased to welcome Kevin Potter to Panacea as our Business Operations Manager.
Kevin brings a huge amount of experience across IT service management, incident response and operational leadership, having worked across government, security, automotive and large-scale enterprise environments. From leading incident and problem management within information security teams supporting UK government and defence clients, to delivering global service support across millions of users in the automotive sector, he’s spent years building and running services where reliability and trust really matter.
When we were putting together the brief for the person we needed, it quickly became clear that the role covered far more than a single function. It touched operations, delivery, process, growth, and the ability to wear a lot of hats in a growing business. In the end, Kevin felt like the perfect fit. He brings broad experience, real enthusiasm, and the kind of practical mindset that makes a genuine difference.
Panacea has been building steadily over the past few years, focusing on what we do best, being a specialist Extreme Networks partner and delivering high-quality networking solutions. This year we’re expecting substantial growth, and Kevin joining is a big part of preparing the business for that next phase.
For me personally, it’s also a moment that feels quite significant. When you start a business, you carry a lot of the responsibility yourself. Over time, the goal is to build something strong enough that you can bring in people you trust to help lead it forward.
Kevin is exactly that kind of person, and I’m genuinely excited about what we’re going to build together.
We will also be opening additional roles across engineering and sales later this year as Panacea continues to grow, so if you’re passionate about networking and want to work in a specialist environment focused on Extreme Networks, keep an eye out.
Welcome to Panacea, Kevin.
